All new systems are provided pre-programmed with your menu's and pre-configured ready for you just to take out of the box and plug in!

We accept Trade in equipment and have Ex Hire stock

A good way to get up and running on a budget is to purchase Hardware that has been professionally refurbished by someone such as Everything EPOS. All equipment in this category is cheaper, yet given that it is mainly the software that controls your EPOS system it is a very effective means to get up and running for less!

Looking to Purchase or Rent Initially

If you are not sure EPOS is for you, then we offer EPOS Rental from just £15 per week. Obviously better hardware or bolt on equipment add's more, but this is a very effective way to see how it all works. If you hire equipment for 18 months our plans permit you to take ownership without spending an extra penny!

We offer a wide range of EPOS systems from Compact ones to colourful ones, systems on a budget to the very latest solutions :

In order to deploy an EPOS system, you need to ensure you have both the right hardware for your environment and the right software. If you are running a bar/restaurant or pub and you are confident that your EPOS system will not get subjected to customer interferance (Nightclubs for example may have more roudy customers who may attempt to pick up tills) then compact units such as the 'ACT1' or any of the lower priced systems would work fine.

If you need something more colourful, then checkout the 715 from VariPOS or many of the Aures units such as the Sango or the Odysee come in a variety of colours. If you are a convenience store or retail outlet requiring significant data such as 20,000 barcodes and the likes, then you need to ensure processor power is high enough. All of our systems except the 'Windows CE' models such as the 'ACT 1' are powerful enough to run this level of software, but if not purchasing our encomPOS or ICR software for your venue/outlet then you should always check the minimum specifications with your software vendor.

Once you have selected the appropriate hardware, it is really as simple as choosing encomPOS software for Retail/Convenience outlets and ICR Touch for Bars, Clubs, Restaurants, etc. We have other solutions available for Hair Salons, Dry Cleaners, etc so if in doubt, just call.

  8. RFID Bracelet / Wristband

RFID Proximity Bracelet/Wristband (Ideal for Leisure Centres / Swimming Pools)

An ideal means to offer Customer Loyalty and customer Top Up / Credit at your Point of Sale where the customer is likely not to have a wallet or money with them. These bracelets have a wide variety of uses, the most prominant being in swimming pools and leisure facilities.

Using RFID, you can obviously permit staff to sign in, but one of the most practical uses is at venues where the customer is unlikely to want to carry cash around such as a swimming pool. Customers could wave their tag over a reader by the EPOS systems to debit funds from their tag which they will (hopefully) have topped up previously.

We offer a range of bracelet colours, all are made from stretchy Silicon and can be branded with your logo. The tags are reprogrammable (You would require an RFID programmer) but as such you can maintain or replace a sequence of tags easily.

  9. SDI to Analog Converter

    SDI to BNC & SDI Converter Splitter SD-SDI HD-SDI 3G-SDI, Down/Up Scaler

Regular analog DVR's are still very common, yet with the introduction of 1080p Cameras, IP Cameras, and various cameras offering high megapixel resolutions many would consider it frustrating to have to replace the DVR they have configured and grown to love just to get a higher resolution picture from one of the newer cameras.

These Converters will accept an input from the newer SDI connections common to many of the higher resolution cameras (Just check it is HD-SDI before you buy) and feed the higher resolution picture back to your existing DVR. The system also has the ability to upscale the image to provide a better solution on the specific area of focus and has 2 SDI Output ports so the picture can still be fed into an SDI based DVR in addition if required.

Another use would be the display of the picture on a regular TV/Monitor screen in addition to feeding the camera into an SDI DVR.

  10. RFID Proximity Cards

    RFID Keyfob Proximity Cards

RFID solutions provide a good alternative means to magnetic cards (for customer loyalty) or Dallas Keys (For Staff sign-on) with EPOS systems. These proximity cards are simply waved over a reader and then the clerk or customer can be identified. Since there is no direct contact the cards generally stay prestigne and wear and tear is minimal.

RFID cards tend to hold their data for around 10 years and there is no magnetic strip to wear off.

These are the industry standard EM4xxx 125Khz Cards which are reprogrammable (You would require an RFID Programmer) but as such you can clone lost cards or create a sequence of cards easily.
